How it works
1. Claim your company or properties
Find your company page and submit a claim with a business email.
2. Get verified
A Leaseory moderator reviews your claim. Verification confirms your relationship to the company — not the accuracy of any listing.
3. Post listings and availability
Add structured listings (rent, required fees, beds/baths, availability). Each is reviewed before it appears and expires after 30 days unless you reconfirm it.
What managers can't do
Managers cannot edit or remove reviews, change RenterScore, or influence moderation outcomes. RenterScore comes only from qualifying resident reviews and is independent of listings or account status. Leaseory doesn't promise leads or a level of traffic.
